Today, a state panel consisting of the Secretary of State, State Auditor, and Attorney General heard a challenge by TIR Founder Craig Robinson to Ron Corbett’s nomination petitions. That panel just ruled in favor of Robinson’s challenge 2-1. Only Democrat Attorney General Tom Miller voted in favor of Corbett.
Governor Reynolds will be the only Republican on the Primary ballot this June.
