I would like to know exactly where choosing the lesser of two evils gets anything done. I think, we’ve been trying that as the “values voters” for nearly 30 years now. Do we live in a country where the unborn are protected from murder yet? Do we live in country where you have to actually prove why you need a divorce?

Maybe if we switch course and continue to tell the republican party, “While you continue to support luke warm candidates that will negotiate absolutely everything, we will continue to stay home or vote independent”, maybe then someone will finally emurge that will say “No, this far and no further. I will not comprimise, I will not back down. Impeach me if you can.”

I think that we may have finally entered into a time where people of faith and conviction on social issues are simply not going to sit down and shup up any more.

Choosing the lesser of two evils is not compromising your ideals. That would happen if you chose a pro-choicer for your nominee if you have the alternative to choose a pro-lifer.

I’ll gladly choose the lesser of two evils any day over allowing the greater of two evils gain more power. At least we live to fight another day. Total surrender is never acceptable.

Look at what Barbour has accomplished in Mississippi and look what we have here. I’ll take the Mississippi model, thank you.
