A few weeks before he took office, Obama said, “We are going to ban all earmarks.” It seems that his earmark pledge is a campaign promise he doesn’t have a problem breaking. Unfortunately, it seems like all of President Obama’s talk of reform and change that we heard was just rhetoric used to help him get elected.
