Steve, you are a legend in your own mind, not here. And I don't think the case you made for the Flood Center was compelling as all. To bicker you need to have made some points in contrast to Russ' facts. You've said nothing but insults and commmonly repeated misrepresentations of Republicans. I suspect anyone here would appreciate a spirited debate on the issues of the day, but that's not what you are even close to delivering.

If we’re keeping score, how about this:

Facts that Russ has presented to Steve: 12 (approximately, since I can’t count telling him the “fact” that he’s a clueless twit – I think he knows that already so it’s not a new revelation).

Juiceboxes that Steve has brought to Russ: zero.

I wish I could have a real discussion of issues on this site, but as has been proven, you guys are not capable. This is the tin foil hat wearing crowd, and no matter what evidence you point to it can’t phase you. I’m looking at you Russ. Your “engineering” degree from Tallahachy JuCo gives you the power to turn Coke into Pepsi, so obviously you cannot be questioned. And as for having “have good points to make about flooding in Iowa,” well, I haven’t seen any evidence of that in your previous posts.

It’s kind of a pity. But, like a great man once said, we’re dealing facts here, which have a well-known liberal bias.

As for the last person to post, I made a case for the Flood Center on another story. Feel free to take a look.

Steve, you appear to not agree with this article. I’m not real familiar with this issue. I’m honestly curious what your opinion is. Why should Iowa have the Iowa Flood Center? Why is this a good thing (assuming you think it is good)?

Too bad, because I really have good points to make about flooding in Iowa. Its a shame that you’ve decided that “Bradshaw” is the liberal you’d most like to emulate.
