Paul Ryan to Headline Iowa GOP’s Lincoln Dinner

2012 Republican vice-presidential nominee will headline the Republican Party of Iowa’s annual Lincoln Dinner on Friday, April 11, party officials announced Wednesday morning. The event takes place at the DoubleTree by Hilton in Cedar Rapids.

This will be the Wisconsin congressman’s second major event speaking engagement in Iowa since the end of the 2012 campaign. Ryan delivered the keynote address as Governor Branstad’s annual Birthday Bash in November.

Below is the email Republican Party of Iowa Chairman A.J. Spiker sent to Republicans announcing the event:

I’m pleased to announce that 2012 Vice Presidential candidate Paul Ryan is confirmed to keynote the Iowa GOP’s Lincoln Dinner!

The event will be held on Friday, April 11th at the DoubleTree by Hilton in Cedar Rapids.
