Ernst Raises over $200,000 in 4th Quarter

Joni Ernst, Republican candidate for the United States Senate, is pleased to announce that she has raised $202,774.22 from more than 1,100 donors, coming from all corners of the state, in the fourth fundraising quarter of 2013.

“I am humbled by the generous support my campaign continues to receive from all corners of our great state. Our message to bring our shared, and genuine, Iowa values to the United States Senate is clearly resonating. As a mother, soldier and proven conservative, I am the Republican candidate who can, and will, defeat Bruce Braley next fall. I am truly thankful to each and every donor to my campaign,” said Ernst.

Key points:

Joni’s donor base more than doubled from Q3 to Q4 (502 individual donations in Q3 to 1,100 in Q4), showing continued momentum as the proven conservative in the race.
Joni has received donations from contributors in all of Iowa’s 99 counties, showing the breadth of her support amongst grassroots Iowans.
Joni Ernst has made no personal loans to her campaign and her campaign will report no debt as it enters the election year.
To date, Joni has raised the most among all Republican candidates running to fill Iowa’s open US Senate seat. Her total fundraising tops $454,000.00 aided by over 1,600 contributions.
In Q4, 86% of contributions to Joni’s campaign were under $200, underlining the appetite for her candidacy among small dollar contributors
