Jacobs Set to Official Enter U.S. Senate Race Next Week

The already crowded Republican primary field for the U.S. Senate is going to expand next week. Mark Jacobs will officially announce his candidacy on Tuesday, November 19th at stops in Des Moines, Cedar Rapids, Bettendorf, and Sioux City. Jacobs joins a Republican field that includes Sam Clovis, State Senator Joni Ernst, Matt Whitaker, and David Young. The winner of the Republican primary will face Democrat Congressman Bruce Braley in the general election.
