McDonnell, Priebus to Headline RPI’s Reagan Dinner

DES MOINES, Iowa– The Republican Party of Iowa announced today that top Romney surrogate and Virginia Governor Bob McDonnell, along with Republican National Committee Chairman Reince Priebus will be the keynote speakers for the Iowa GOP’s annual Reagan dinner. Details of the event are as follows:

Wednesday, October 24, 2012 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM (CDT)

Iowa State Fairgrounds – Elwell Family Center
3000 E Grand Ave, Des Moines, IA

A complete list of speakers, including top Iowa Republicans, will be announced at a later date.

More about Governor Bob McDonnell:

Governor McDonnell was elected governor of Virginia in 2009. Prior to his election he served as the Virginia Attorney General and in the Virginia House of Delegates for seven terms. A veteran of the United States Army, Governor McDonnell and his wife Maureen have five children.

More about Chairman Reince Priebus:

Chairman Priebus was elected Chairman of the Republican National Committee in 2011.  Prior to that he held many roles in the Republican Party of Wisconsin including Treasurer, Vice Chair, and Chairman. A Kenosha, Wisconsin native, Reince and his wife Sally have two children.
