There has been a lot of discussion about the new congressional maps that was approved earlier this month, but there is another map that Iowa Republicans might want to get their hands on.
The Iowa Department of Transportation is out with its new 2011 road map. Beside the new picture on the front, the only noticeable change is the two pictures on the back. Gone are photos of Chet Culver and Patty Judge, and in their place are photos of Governor Terry Branstad and Lt. Governor Kim Reynolds.
With a dozen or so Republican presidential candidates out driving around Iowa, it only seems right that the map has a Republican governor on it.

Here is a huge pallet of maps that had a sign that said, “for legislators only.” I doubt they will miss the one I took.
