Congressman Ron Paul is out with another well-produced TV ad that doesn’t pull any punches. The ad compares three GOP presidential candidates, Herman Cain, Mitt Romney, and Rick Perry to Obama for their support of Troubled Asset Relief Program, better known as TARP.

Mitt Romney avoided directly answering the charge. While Herman Cain continues to say that he “supports the concept” but disagreed with the implementation of the program.
