Romney Measured The Drapes?

Mitt Romney seems to have gotten ahead of himself.  The day after the New Hampshire CNN debate, Romney told a New Hampshire business owner, “I will probably be back in four years. Only this time it will be a larger group and I will probably have Secret Service.”

I guess that means Romney captured the Republican nomination in just two weeks from announcing his candidacy.  Maybe he’s considering a vacation after just two weeks of campaigning like other GOP candidates.

Romney’s arrogant comment didn’t play well with the influential Union Leader newspaper.  The editorial board wrote, “Gov. Romney, the candidate without a necktie, might be forgetting that Granite Staters prefer hard-working and humble to high-falutin’ and haughty.

Ouch.
