Iowa Ruckus: Pataki Out?

Well, it appears that I was totally wrong on Wednesday when I said that former New York Governor George Pataki was about to join the presidential sweepstakes.  Not that I totally trust the unnamed source in Politico who has supposedly confirmed that he has decided against a run, but the reality is that it’s probably legit.  But now I’m really curious about what his “major announcement” will be when he visits Iowa this weekend.

Or did he really have one at all?  I guess we’ll find out.  All I know is that, for now, it appears I was wrong and it probably won’t be the last time…
