Branstad releases latest ad, “Really?”

The Branstad Campaign has launched a new television ad in response to Chet Culver’s first general election ad that he released last week. The ad shows a contrast in management, leadership skills with regard to state’s budget. It will run statewide on network and cable television.

“The true test of a leader is how one deals with adverse and difficult circumstances, and the results of those efforts,” said Branstad 2010 campaign manager Jeff Boeyink. “Governor Branstad cleaned up Iowa’s finances and instilled open and honest budgeting, leaving the state with a $900 million surplus and an unmatched record of fiscal stability. The results of Terry Branstad’s tenure vs. Governor Culver’s could not be more different. We need real leadership in the governor’s office again.”
