The number of Republicans seeking their party’s nomination for governor grew today when State Representative Rod Roberts announced that he was indeed running for governor. The addition of Roberts brings the number of actual candidates to five. Jerry Behn, a State Senator from Boone, is also likely to run for the Republican nomination.
